SVE - SGVMScanningService brought down entire production pool.

Recomposed to 2 WIN 7 pools (validated) to new updated image over weekend maintenance window. All went well in testing. Image was snapshotted and deployed to small test pools multiple times.

During intilal deployemnt during Window-  All systems were a go. Post deployment test  log ons went well.

Monday morning, typical tickets associated with any upgrade- all tier 1.

Two hours into workday pools including golden image suddnely went unresponsive.30 minutes to load an unresponsive desktop.

After some trial and error - stopped SGVMScanningService instant change. SC CMD line to all computers in pools and 300 users were once agian able to work.

Previous image had SVE installed. No issues. Uninstalled Sophos and recomposed. Any thoughts?

I would like you to ask your assistance if you could raise a support case for this issue and collect all necessary logs then share it with the case that you've created for us to further check what causes this?
