Sophos for Virtual Environments Capabilities

I have a customer with a Citrix Farm in a VMWARE environment

He has installed Sophos Central  InterceptX with EDR an each server

 

I would like to understand if installing Sophos for Virtual environments;  can provide the same level of security of the current installation

    SVE is for high performance but it doesn't have all the same elements that Intercept-X with EDR does.

    Specifically, it doesn't have the ML engine and it doesn't have the reporting/search functions of EDR.

    Are the machines having unacceptable performance degradation?

    If so, have you tried configuring the policy to properly align with the use case for the machines?
