console crashes when trying to remove sources of old server, or when updating new server

Hi all,

We are running SEC 5.4.1, and yesterday we did backup for db and restore it in seperated sql server and pointed to it by editing Registries.

when we opened the console we can see db and everything is okay!, but when try to remove "source" tab from old server, a msgbox with error comes and closes the console!,

also the same msg comes when trying to add license details in new server to connect to sophos!.

hence the new server was doing updates before moving db.

someone told me to delete entries from "provider" under Mgmt tools registry key, but didnt work!, also changing server regeion to "English" not worked!.
