Installation SEC 5.5 RMS Issue

Hello,

For a customer, i want to install SEC 5.5 on a Windows 2016 server and at the end of installation when check prerequises i can't continu because i have a issue message about RMS :

You have managed computers running a version of RMS unsupported by Enterprise Console.

Did you ever meet this problem ?

I already found this fix solution but i don't understand.

Hello Sébastien,

so this is an upgrade? Did you check the SAV versions installed on the endpoints - the message indicates that at least one is below the versions mentioned in this article (can't say if an empty version also triggers this message)?

Yes, it is an empty version and two Mac OS are trigged the message.

I deleted theses obsolete machines ans it fixed
