SCE Mac deployment

I need to deploy SCE to approximately 120 Macs. Each machine is bound to an AD with all users with standard permissions. For this reason email deployment is obviously not an option.

How is this best achieved?

email deployment sounds like you're talking about Central, which has its own forum.
You haven't seen Sophos Central: Software deployment methods, have you?
