Old SOPHOS SQL LDF and MDF files

Question

My Sophos server was running low on C drive space. 
 I have found there are multiple LDF and MDF files in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.SOPHOS\MSSQL folder. 
 I am running SEC 5.4.0. 
 Can I delete the old SOPHOSPATCH.log.ldf and mdf files? They are 6GB.. 
 The SOPHOSPATCH52 and SOPHOSPATCH54 files seems to be being updated but the old SOPHOSPATCH files are not.

 you can of course DROP all the old databases . The article has the details. As an aside - your PATCH databases are pretty large compared to the SOPHOS5x ones. Even if you don't have a performance issue you should look into it as they have an IMO unreasonable size.
