Sophos Enterprise Console 5.5.1 Protection Status

Hi All,

I am running Sophos Enterprise Console 5.5.1. on a Microsoft Windows Server 2021 R2 Standard 64 Bit server.

In the protection view one of the workstations running Windows 10 Pro x64 version 10.0.19043 Build 19043 is displaying in the up to date column 'up to date',

not since 27/05/2021. Only one workstation is affected. 

Can anyone help me with me with this issue?

    quite some time, isn't it? You didn't notice earlier?

    The endpoint appears as connected (with the green computer icon), the Last message time under the Computer Details tab is recent, , there is no update error under the Alert and Error Details tab? Does the endpoint think it's up to date?
