Windows Message Sophos On-Access Scans deactivated | Scans still work e03d000f

Hello,

for a few weeks now we encountered a problem some people are getting a windows message sophos scans deactivated see screenshot.

On Access scans still work on those devices so i'm a bit confused why windows is showing this message.

This error occurs on affected devices 10-20 times on a workday.

These Devices got one error message: e03d02f0 identity token not found.

  • Is there anything in the Windows Application event log to suggest a process is crashing and restarting?

Is there anything useful in either:

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\logs\sav-trace.txt

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\logs\sav.txt

This makes the assumption that the real-time protection that is failing is part of SAVService.exe. There is a chance it's part of the Core agent.
