unmanaged computers keep coming back

We have a sync with Sophos endterprise console and our AD. I have folders in Sophos Enterprise Console which are syncing. There are also folders unassigned en the servername itself where all systems are beneath.

When i delete the devices in unassigned on the enterprise console the keep returning in unassigned. It looks like the unassigned is syncing with AD or something like that. Those systems that keeps returning are servers with another anti-virus on it so Sophos is not installed and i want them out of display in the Enterprise Console.

How can i remove those devices from displaying in unassigned?

Hello Corne Stoop,

Unassigned is never synced.
To make sure - the computers returning, do they have the green overlay on the icon?

strange.Are there perhaps computers with the same names in the synced groups?

No this are servers and in the folders that i made are all clients desktops and laptops. Strange thing is that these greyed out servers are no managed by Sophos. Maybe in the beginning a year ago we did a total network scan or something but when i delete the systems why do they retourn is the question...

Hello Corne Stoop,

as said, strange. Sync would put them in a specific group. With sync you mean Synchronize with AD where the SEC group is green?

Do these computers in Unassigned all "come back" at the same time?

I mean AD sync yes, when deleting the devices, on some point they are all back..

What is the base node in your AD that you are syncing from?

It looks like they are not coming back now. I have deleted the items a week ago and now they are stiil not back so thats fine now..
