Secondary update location Security Permissions

Question

Can anyone tell me what the security permission needs to be for the secondary location? 
 The 2nd location is on a different server in the same domain. 
 I do understand that the update manager account needs read access, per documentation, to this different folder but what account is writing to the folder? This has to be something different and where is this account defined?

Hi Navar Holmes, 
 The below article explains how to add one or more additional SUM's to the network. The child SUM can be used to reduce the load on the existing SUM that is already installed on the Enterprise Console and distribute updates more efficiently to the remote computers.

 In addition to that, you would have to make sure that the following accounts have the respective rights. 
 Administrators, NETWORK SERVICE, SYSTEM - Read, Execute & Full control. 
 Users, SUM user (Who access the shared location) - Read & execute.
