Sophos Endpoint Uninstalling

Hello,

I have a system that have a Sophos endpoint install on it. Unfortunately, the IT guy resigned and no one know the central account the endpoint is attached to.

How do i install the endpoint from the system so that i can install the main endpoint from the company's central account.

Kindly assist.

When you try to uninstall the endpoint does it ask for a tamper protection password?

If you do not know the Central account or do not have access to it then you can bypass the tamper protection by editing a few registry keys. See guide below.
