ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error message under Chrome

I am new in this forum. Thank you for your welcome.

The system administrator installed Sophos Endpoint agent on a Windows 2012 server, running an Oracle database and a http server. Now i get an error messsage under Chrome when I want to reach this URL : http://serv-oracle1:8080/apex/f?p=107:1::::::. The error message is "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE". I have deinstalled Sophos Endpoint agent from the server, but I still get this error message now.
