Info Endpoint Standard Protection (cloud) licence limit

Hello,

I've a question for my licenses of Endpoin protection standard.

I've buy 4 licenses and I've installed these on 4 pc.

but when I show the licenses in admin account I've 3 licenses in use and limit 4 (attachment)

is possible that 1 pc is in standby or power off and in my portal cloud I see 1 licence not in usage?

Hello Christian Ceriotti,

Central licenses are per user (unless they are server licenses). Two computers are assigned to the same user.

thanks for reply,

these licences are only for client.

I've 4 different user on 4 different pc

but 1 pc is power off from 7 month... is possible that the portal declared this pc "dead" and free 1 licence?
