When i try to create a home group in Windows 10 with default settings of Sophos Firewall, Windows 10 pops up me a message that home group cannot be done.
While, if i let all connections to pass the firewall, i can setup a home group. Which is the settings that let me to create/join in a home group without let everything pass through the firewall?

is this a stand-alone install or an install from a managed CID? If the former, when you say default settings - do you mean you haven't configured anything at all?

I see. I've never used it in a SA environment - the default used to be Learning (aka Interactive) mode which isn't available with SCF 3.x.
The setup failure should be cause by blocked connections though and these should be recorded in the firewall log. There's AFAIK practically no documentation, the Startup Guide simply tells you to add applications one by one (chapter 4.2.1).
You have already set up the homegroup - did you then enable the firewall again, what happened?

just guessing, it might be the NetBIOS traffic that's by default allowed in the LAN tab. Please check if SCF has inserted the correct address/mask.
