Trial license endpoint protection

hi every one

i have a situation here

i requested the trial version of endpoint protection and use it on my virtual machine and then i used this license on a server when my virtual machine is turned off.

so the  new server didnt get update after 2 days .when  i requested a new license ,the server not getting update and said software delivery failed .

and some error like :

80040401

80040404

80040406

when i search on sophos community i found out its because of license .

my question is :

1)how many trial license i can request and used for 1 server ?

2)is it because of duplicate license on 2 server?

3)what should i do with this situation ?? my clients didnt get update for 20 days i used many trial license on this server but it said the number of error on top of this post.

our company want this product and they requested the license but its not ready yet

can i extend the trial license for 30 days more ??
