  • Hello Md. JakirHossain,

you are using SCF (Client Firewall) 3.0.4? What kind of rule did you create, Global or Application, could you give its details? not working properly on windows10 the same rule is working on other machines or you are just using it on the machine?
Did you check the firewall log (blocked connections)?

  • I've found nothing in firewall log.. I have tried with same policy for Windows7 machine it's working properly. While applied same policy for windows 10 it's not wokring.

  • Hello Md. JakirHossain,

could you give the details of the policy rule(s) and what exact sequence of actions doesn't work? You want to access the Windows 10 from some other computer, or?

  • I want to access the PC using VNC from other computer, while i've allowed all the traffic in firewall i'm able to access but when i've allowed for specific port that time i'm unable to do it.

  • Hello Md. JakirHossain,

    thanks.

So the VNC Global Rule works on a Windows 7, but you can access the Win10 only when you tick Allow all traffic under the General tab? A connection (attempt) is recorded whether SCF allows or blocks it so the firewall log should contain records of both the successful and the failed access.
