Firewall notifications Sophos Endpoint Security Firewall 3.1.2, Windows 10 CU

I've just moved to Windows 10 from XP SP3. The machine is about 6 weeks old. Under XP I had the firewall set in learning mode but this is no longer possible.  

I do want Sophos to tell me stuff; however I am facing a barrage of popup notifications in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, every minute. The notifications say No Application Rule for svchost.exe, out refused, protocols TCP or ICMP or IGMP, to a variety of remote addresses. Checking in Task Manager, there are currently 73 instances of svchost.exe running.

Although I can turn off notifications, I should like to know what sort of rule to set for these svchost.exes so that my machine is safe but doesn't try to grab my attention all the time.
