No Adware or PUAs listed

Hello,

Using Sophos Enterprise Console 4, we have nothing listed in our 'Known adware and PUAs'. Sophos Update Manager is updating fine (so it says) but the list is empty.

Any Ideas ?

    Hi,

    Is PUA scanning enabled for your On Access scanner or Scheduled scanner (and have you had at least one scheduled scan pass over your drive)?

    If it is only on for your On Access scanner, then try running a scheduled scan with PUA enabled.

    If you have run a Scheduled Scan with PUA scanning enabled, then chances are, you simply don't have any PUA's on your drive :)

    The list is only populated as we find things - not populated with a default list.
