Windows alert Sophos Anti-Virus out of date (Version 11.0.11 UTM)

Hello,

some of our Windows Client Show an alert that Sophos Antivirus is out of date.


Services on the Windows Client (win 10) are running except Sophos Device Control Service

Some of our users are worried that their endpoint protection is out of date.

How can I fix it?

    Hi again,

    I suspect that our endpoints can't connect to the Sophos Update Server.
    Is our Web Protection Exception Policy maybe outdated?
    alc.log

    Last Update of the Endpoint Protection (11.0.11 UTM) was at 30/08/2017, which is more than a week out of date.
    Should this date not be the present day or yesterday but not older?

    Help is appreciated.
