Users can't open Sophos Endpoint Security and Control Main Application

I have several Windows 7 (64-bit) machines that after the initial installation of Sophos Endpoint Security v9 the users are able to open Sophos and everything works fine.  Then, randomly, the users (including myself) can no longer open or start the Sophos application and receive the following message.

"You do not have sufficient privileges to run the Sophos Endpoint Security and Control main application"

It goes on to say that I am not a member of any fo the Sophos groups.  I am a member of the groups (SophosAdministrator) and I'm an administrator on the machine, but i still can not get Sophos to open.

I have even uninstalled and reinstalled with the same effect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
