Sophos AV GUI on SUSE 11

Hi,

I've just installed Sophos AV 6.7.6 on a SUSE 11 linux server.  The sophos AV seesm to be scanning ok and I can see the savd process running, however I am unable to get into the web based admin GUI.

It fails to start:

Starting Sophos Anti-Virus GUI daemon                                failed

When I check the savwebd.log the following errors are present:

Any ideas?

    Your configuration may contain something that the XML parser doesn't like. SAV6 sav-web is a little picky about what it accepts.

    Try running 'savconfig query --xml' and see if any of the contents look like they aren't in UTF-8.

    Failing that, contact support and then we can investigate through proper channels.
