Hello,
recently we deployed Sophos SSL VPN Client to our users and in the past month I have received about 10 incidents from about 5 users that the client icon (traffic signal) is missing from the notification tray. In case of an attempt to start the client again (at first i thought it crashed) we get an error, that the client is already running, which indicates that just the icon is missing, but the process doesn't stop. In that case, we have to kill the process and start the client again.
Unfortunately, we are not able to simulate/reproduce the situation and I have yet found out what could be the reason for it.
Before I start re-installing the clients - does anybody have an idea what could be the cause?
