Sophos AutoUpdate not downloading....

Got a problem with a computer that won't update.  It's on the same network with 2 other computers that update without problem.  I can't figure this one out it seems and wanted to get y'alls thoughts.  The setup is like this:  there's a office server running WinXP that has a connection to the internet including a VPN to our update servers; there are two other computers running WinXP that are networked to the office server and are routed to connect through that server.  The office server and one of the other computers connect and update successfully, but the third computer does not.  On all three computers I can connect to the remote update server and download any file off of it without problem (via \\Servername or http://Servername/..).  I've deleted the cache folder's contents incase anything was locked, verified Windows firewall is disabled as well as the indexing service.

    As the configurations are identical and it works using a browser it's somewhat obscure. Now I'm not sure what exactly Cannot locate server is telling us. Are you using a FQDN or an IP? Wireshark can help to find out whether the http connection is made and if what's not working.
