Web Scanning Alerts

Hi all,

I wondered if someone could help me; in the AV and HIPS policy (SEC) I have configured the Messaging options and successfully receive email alerts when something is detected on the client.  However I have noticed that I do not receive email alerts for those issues detected by the Web Scanning engine (it does produce an alert message in IE).

I wondered if anyone can advise if such alerts should be coming through, or how to enable them etc?

    Sorry - it's not immediately obvious from the URL. I just copy the relevant part here:

    As for mail sent out the User's Guide says under 4.6.2 Configure anti-virus email alerting:

    Sophos Anti-Virus does not send email alerts for threats that are detected by web page scanning because the threats are not downloaded to your computer. Therefore, there is no need to take any action.
