Sophos NAC problem

One of our servers has started to recieve the following error. Date 08/04/2010 Source: Sophos NAC Time:10:50:12 Category: CurrentDefsLoader Type: Warning Event ID: 2003 User: N/A Computer: MyMachine Description: Failure reporting the application status. -- System Exception Details -- Message: Error converting data type varchar to datetime. Type: OleDbException Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server Target: System.Data.OleDb.OleDbDataReader ExecuteReaderInternal(System.Data.CommandBehavior, System.String) Stack Trace: System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand.ExecuteReaderInternal(CommandBehavior behavior, String method) System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand.ExecuteNonQuery() CurrentDefsLoader.MainClass.ReportStatus(Boolean status, String taskName, Boolean clearStatus) Can anybody suggest a solution. Should I be concerned by this alert?

Hi Tux,
There seems to be some kind of issue here with the defs loader failing in some way, this is required for the NAC server to know when we release definitions updates so that the NAC agent can tell if your machines are up to date and compliant.

and if that doesn't solve your problem, I suggest contacting technical support with this issue.
