Error Installation: SQL Server not supported by Sophos NAC

Hi everybody,

Thanks for Sophos member who created this community. After searching on internet I found this forum and hope will give benefits to all Sophos users.

Here is the issue, I am Sophos user. Below are the details:

Current version:

Endpoint Security: 9
Sophos Enterprise Console: 4.0.0.2362
NAC version: 3.3

OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Service Pack 2
Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2005

So, after Sophos release new version for NAC 3.5, I tried to install/upgrade to latest version but get error installation below:

"The SQL Server version of instance, DSHBCKSVR/SOPHOS, is not suported by Sophos NAC. For a completed list of supported SQL Server platforms, see the Sophos NAC Installation Guide."

I upgrade to another server that using same version, os, database and its working fine. Only this one having problem.

Any ideas?
