My Server has sophos 9.5 installed and it has detected that there is an infected file in;
\.\\GLOBALROOT\Device\HardDiskVolumeShadowCopy7
It give me 2 options of what i can do, Move and Delete, neither of these work and is says
Move Failed
DeleteFailed
Shadow Copies are not turned on on this server.
Im abit stumped and i cant figure out how to remove it, any help is welcome.
