The aged W2K update server we used for deploying Endpoint Security has limited disk space (only one 18G SCSI HD), and we occasionly get the disk ran out of space (as the words, free space 0 byte). After upgrading to EC4, the SophosUpdateMgr process had failed twice after disk full happened and never backed to work. It consumes 100% CPU time and updates nothing, the service cannot be stopped without reboot. Last time I fixed it by reinstalling EC4, but less than a month it failed again. How can I simply reset the updater and make it download again? Removing UpdateMgr's Warehouse\ and Working\ directory doesn't help.
