Email Schedule Issue

One of my customer is using Sophos EPSEC 9.0. We are facing a problem of Report Scheduling when ever a report is schedule it runs at that time but the report is not being sent to the Email.

Apart from that Client Email alert and Dashboard Alert works fine only the report from the report options are having issue.
