Since upgrading to version 4 of the console and v9 of Anti-virus our livebackup software no longer appears to be working. We are using Atempo Livebackup v3.21, has anyone had a similar issue?

Looking through recent call logs and knowledge base articles, I don't see any other reports coming into us.
Of course, that doesn't mean there isn't a problem - but you may want to contact Support directly to troubleshoot through it?
