EC 4.5: How do I reset device control events?

Hi,

we have enacted port control for a group of about 800 computers. There are 19 machines with events, and since everything has been dealt with properly, I would like to clear the events.

However, they can not be acknowledged - they do not show up with the filter "All alerts", and there is no single alert type in the drop-down-menu.

The "Errors"-tab shows just three PCs where the software had issues. They can be acknowledged.

Our EC is 4.5.0.9, which is to my best knowledge the most current version.

    events can not be cleared or acknowledged. This is "by design". They are taken into account for seven days and automatically deleted after one year. I too would like the option to acknowledge them (the only way to "get rid" of them is to delete them from the database but then they are gone for good).
