We have a single EM console v3 running EM Library version 1.3.2. I want to upgrade to 4.x (endpoint 9 etc), I have downloaded the full update package but when I run it I get the following:
"You can't upgrade this package from Enterprise Console v2"
Thing is, as I've said we are running v3 and it seems to say '3' as a version number in the registry (and in the Console Help / About!).
This is doing my head in as I want to get this upgraded so I can also get the AV client (only deployed to 4 scanning servers), updated in an attempt to fix an unrelated issue thats not been resolved by Sophos (crashing out running as scanner on MailMarshal 6.5x release - have to re-load and it sometimes works for a while then crashes again requiring removal which takes out our mail scanning temporarily until we do this).
Please help! Have read the Advanced and concise guides, release notes, followed all the pre-req' tests and best practises I can find (we are legit clients for this product).
Greatly appreciate any help, failing that can we upgrade the AV past version v7.6.18 now before the v7.6.20 June update which is occuring in May.
