Problem with installaton on Win 7 64-bit

Hi all,

When I prompt remoute install Sophos endpoint on the workstation under Win 7 64-bit from Sophos enterprise console appear message:

 Installation failed.                                                                 Date/time                Code                                    

                                                                                  12/13/2010 11:17:55 AM   0000002e
      

  Description:    The installation did not start.  The computer may have been shut down, renamed or disconnected, or a required service may not be running.  It may be running Windows XP Home or Windows Vista.

Can anybody advise with this problem.
