Sophos conflict with Norton Ghost 15?

I have just been chatting with Norton about a problem I'm having with Ghost version 15. They claim that the Sophos Anti Virus Services is conflicting with Norton Ghost, and that I have to disable Sophos Software Services to run Ghost. They can demonstrate to me that if we disable Sophos Software Services, then Ghost will run. Otherwise it will not.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any fix for it?
