Sophos Update on Windows Mobile 6

I'm trying to update Sophos using the EM account, I keep getting a failed message "Could not download file catalogue/SDDS.Public.xml - Error 403"

Any advise...

Hi MNGI,
There is a possible workaround, create two empty text files in the CID, namely
/sophos/SAVSCFXP/catalogue/sdds.Public.xml
/sophos/SAVSCFXP/catalogue/sdds.es3.xml
Once the file are added to the CID does the update work? If not then I suggest you contact Technical Support.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've contacted Technical Support, still waiting for a solution.
