Ok, I installed the control center (which is the trial version). I click update, it tells me to run the Network setup wizard. Which i do. Then I get to the screen where it wants me to enter my download credentials. I enter the information they sent me via e-mail for the trial version (in the email it says it could take an hour to activate, its been over 4 hours). The information I enter gets denied, and i get this message - "Failed to authenticate with the server. Check that the credentials are correct." I know they are correct... What's the trouble?
