UpgradeDB.exe - "Failed to adjust AD sync data links"

Hi there,

While running an upgrade from Enterprise Console 3 to 4 the install asked me to run UpgradeDB.exe manually. When I run the EXE using the -sourceVersion=3 and -debug switches the process fails with the following message:
