PICTURES.EXE VIRUS

MY COMPUTER S ARE BEING INFECTED BY THE VIRUS PICTURES.EXE AND SOPHOS IS NOT ABLE TO DETECT/STOP IT .iT HAS DISABLE MY COMMAND PROMT AND START MENU AND NOW DISABLE MY DESKTOP.
