xbox windows meadia connection

so i am having a problem with my computer connecting to my xbox, for the windows media center. i get a message that says that my sophos firewall is preventing me from using the media center. i went the xbox site and it said i need to open the fowllowing execption

program:svchost.exe

service:termservice

local port:tcp3390

remote port:random

direction:inbound

network:local sebnet

now i went into the controll pannel and went into windows firewall advanced setting and went to inbound rules and tried to find somthing with the same port number and found that it was a media center extender, wasnt sure if i needed domain private or public, so i enabled all of them.

i did that cause i was not c'ing how i add an exception in sophos's firewall.

i tried allowing all traffic(in sophos firewall, that diables it right?) and still came back with the same result

also i tried it w/o enabling all those tcp ports

i am i newb at computers so its possible i have gottin somthing mixed up.

could i just not have somthing specific in the windows firewall exceptions that im not allowing?, i know i enabled the windows media extenders on the home/work(private) but not the public.

any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

thanks-artmo.
