Okay, I have a friend that recent had another friend install this sophos to her computer, she knows nothing about computers so she just went along with it. Now we are uncertain if this is what is making her have issues with her internet connection or not but it started at the same time. Sometime she is able to connect and other she can't. This changes day by day and it is really annoying. I have looked at her computer and thought that it might have been some sort of setting that got changed but I am not fimilar with this antivirus or firewall. I wish she would have never change anything or allowed this other friend to becasue everything was working fine before he screwed with anything. But I guess he is some big computer person and that is what he does for a living so he must know. Right. Not. The other thing is, I suggested her just disabling it or turning it off or shutting it down, and belive it or not there is like no way to we searched every where. NO diable, NO turn off, NO shut down. It appears the only way to get rid of it is to uninstall it. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks
