We are evaluating Sohos Endpoint. I have Sophos installed on 11 workstations in our Win2003 domain. All of the workstations have returned an alert on "Xdel."
While it is possible that all of our workstations are infected with Xdel it is more likely that this alert is a false positive. How to determine if the alert is real or a false positive? How should false positives be managed?
