Sophos Database Error While Installing the ESDP 4 on 2003 server

I am facing problem while installing the ESDP 9 on the 2003 R2 system. I am reinstalling it because EC 4 was not opening by the giving me the message |there is no database attached|. I totally Uninstalled Sophos but still unable to install the ESDP 9 on the system.

is there anybody who can help me in this regard

    Hello,

    is this the first time you install Sophos (i.e. have you recently acquired the product) or are you attempting to upgrade? Did you have an existing SQL database and which option did you select during install? Is this an AD environment?

    Please try to describe the steps you have taken in detail. Usually the install is pretty straightforward but a little bit more information is needed to give you help.
