Server greyed out in Sophos enterprise console

Sophos Endpoint 10.3 has been uninstalled and reinstalled as it was not updating.

 

Now it is updating ok, connecting to server ok, but it is still greyed out in Sophos enterprise console and appears to be unmanaged ?

 

I have also tried selecting "Protect Computers" from within the Sophos enterprise console and pushing it manually that way

 

any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

    It sounds like the server is in the "Unassigned" Group. Would it be possible to check this and if so move it into the sub group it should be in.
    One test you could do is to right click the server from within the console and then select "View Computer Details" within here you should see a tag named "Group". Does this read Unassigned or does it show that its within an OU structure of similar?
