Sophos Standalone (No network)

Is there any way that we can run Sophos Antivirus on standalone non-networked non-internet computers. Ideally I could update the definitions to each PC daily or when required but don't see a way of doing this.

    Thanks QC. you have it right. I would be looking to manually update definitions to each PC by usb or CD etc. I'm looking to find a way of taking out the update source to stop it pointing to the server or web update. I am using Enterprise Console for my other managed and networked clients.
