Sophos Standalone (No network)

Is there any way that we can run Sophos Antivirus on standalone non-networked non-internet computers. Ideally I could update the definitions to each PC daily or when required but don't see a way of doing this.

    No network and no nuffing leaves removable media as source of infection/threats, right? And update the definitions to each PC
     is - what exactly? Carrying some removable medium to them?

    If you're looking for a solution using removable media I think (not tested) you could install from there (just copy the CID to the medium and after inserting it run setup.exe). The update location should then be the install medium.
