Hey guys
When I'm trying to install the program it nearly finishes and then the bar winds back and says that a "0x80041f09" fatal error has occured.
I have googled this message and none really give a clear indication on what to do. I have tried the options that sophos quote but neither have worked.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
