Hi, have you checked that your client is assigned to the updating policy you have created and incompliance with that policy. If not make sure you right click your client and “Comply With“and select \”Group Updating Policy”
If you are still getting the error double click the client, this will show the Computer Details and scroll down to HISTORY look at “Sophos Auto Update Status,” this should display some indication to why it not updating.
You can also check these logs C:\Program Files\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs
Is it just one client now updating? Try re protecting the client
Where are you getting your updates from? CID or Sophos

Firstly can you confirm that the machine is managed or unmanaged?
If it is managed are you able to use the credentials provided to log onto the machine and open the CID location on the server?
If it is unmanaged can you confirm the credentials being used are those that were provided with the license details sent when the product was brought. If these are correct then contact the support team for further assistance.
