troj/pDFJS-IL- Unable to Disinfect

Hello,

My Sophos has detected the following virus on my Mac OS-10x: troj/pDFJS-IL.  It says that it's unable to disinfect the Trojan.  Do you have any suggestions on what actions I should take to remove it from my computer?
