Auto Up Date not working

Used Sophos Anti Virus for more than 12 years, downloaded version 7.6.20 a few weeks ago with no problems but the last few days the system tells me COULD NOT CONNECT TO SERVER. I'm running Windows XP pro any ideas what is going on ?

    If you have another machine on the network that is updating, copy the following file:

    C:\Program Files\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Config\iconn.cfg

    To the non working machine.

    Check the updating.

    Also There are two options you should check:

    If computer browser service is stopped on the non working machine, you wont be able to see the share to update from.
        -> Start the service

    Check if the account used to update is locked out, or has an expired password
       -> Unlock account, configure account accordingly. (If this is the case, track the machine down that is locking out the account)
