Email Alerts for computers with errors

Hello,

We have email alerts setup to notify the team when there are computers with errors. We receive on average 4 emails weekly saying 'The number of computers with errors has exceeded the warning level.' however when I log into Sophos Enterprise Console to investigate there is never any computers. All I can imagine is the errors are clearing before I'm able to log in to investigate. 

Is there a way to increase the time before an alert is sent? Like if the alert is present for more than 5 minutes then send an alert? We'd rather not turn off the alerts all together, but are having issues with many false positives.
